Take a deep breath, inhale deep exhale slow intentionally release the toxins out of your body release all low vibrating thoughts close your eyes focus on the action of breathing what do you smell what does the air feel like coming out of your nostrils, breathe in through your mouth out through your noes switch it up, focus on that action and only that action, stay with your breath for a while feel it as it goes into your body notice how it flows out, be grateful that you have it if you are breathing now your still in the game, you can't give up. This is the ritual I put myself through when ever i'm feeling anxiety.
it is real in the battlefield, where ever you are in life you will experience challenges it is part of our evolution, This is the part that has been very clear to me in my experience is that my life is changing constantly nothing stays the same, there are patterns that I get stuck in its up to me to change them so I can progress in my own life.
Self Mastery is a never ending process, what ever you gotta go through to get you to where you are going you will experience, that goes for everyone. The Masterpiece is your soul growth, that stays with you forever.
Being on the earth right now is challenging for every soul in it to some capacity, people are feeling the energy that exist all around, the vibration of other people, The physical shift on the planet, everyones perception of what they are going through is different but the energy is all the same High vibrating energy and Low vibrating energy. You know where you are because of how it feels, this is necessary to find balance, you don't KNOW that fire is hot until you experience the flame.
I work on myself every single day, The more I learn the more there is to discover, I am not above this experience, no matter how much I learn I still experience the challenges of life. I am given the opportunity to put what I know to the test, applied knowledge. My reaction to my life is everything, I always remember that, especially when it gets heavy. Sometimes I want to kick and scream, but I know that won't get me anywhere so I just BREATHE.
